Who we are

True Vine Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice located in Jupiter, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, fill out one of our online forms, or respond to one of our ads, and what we do with it.

This policy covers information you give us through our website and our marketing. It does not cover the medical records we keep for people who become patients — those are protected health information and are handled separately under HIPAA and Florida law. If you become a patient, you'll receive our Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs that information.

What we collect

When you fill out one of our forms — on our website, or through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram — we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your answer to any question we ask on the form, such as which stage of life you're in

If you submit a form through Facebook or Instagram, some of these fields may be filled in automatically from information already on your social media profile. You can change them before you submit.

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and how you arrived at our site. We may use cookies and similar technologies, including advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to understand how our ads perform and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.

When you contact us by phone, email, or text, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive health information through any of our online forms. Please don't include details about your medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, or medications in a web form or text message. How we use your information

We use what you give us to:

• Send you the video, guide, or other material you asked for
• Follow up about scheduling an evaluation or appointment
• Answer your questions
• Send you occasional emails and text messages about our services, offers, and educational content

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about the material you requested, about scheduling, and about our services and offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

You can stop at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for assistance, or call the office at 561-427-7720.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of becoming a patient or receiving care.

We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Email

If you give us your email address, we may send you information you requested along with occasional messages about our services and educational content. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from those emails.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.

We share information only with companies that help us run the practice, and only so they can do that work. These include:

• Our customer relationship and messaging platform, which stores contact records and sends our emails and texts
• Our website host and related technical service providers
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you submit a lead form through their platform or when we use their advertising tools

These providers are bound by their own agreements and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes beyond what they need to provide their service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, a court order, or a government request, or where we believe it's necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We keep contact information for as long as it's useful for the purpose it was given, and as long as we're required to under applicable law. If you ask us to delete your information, we'll do so unless we're required to keep it — for example, records we must keep as a healthcare provider.

Your choices

You can, at any time:

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts
• Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing email
• Call or email us and ask what information we have about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information

Children

Our website and our marketing are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information through one of our forms, contact us and we'll delete it.

Parents and guardians do, of course, provide information about their children when scheduling care for them. That information is handled as part of the patient record under HIPAA, not under this policy.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including using reputable service providers with their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make a significant change in how we use your information, we'll make that clear.
